Sacred Women's Gathering
Starting back up in February 2018
This sacred gathering is a sanctuary for the feminine, where we meet from that holy place in our hearts. It is a practice of embodied spirituality with movement, prayer, connection, and respectful touch. It is a place for you to be celebrated, seen, and deeply nourished-all of you are welcome here in this community of conscious sisterhood. Together, we create a safe and sacred container to dive deeply into practices that bring us face-to-face with our feminine essence, open us to the insights we need to live fully awake.
The circle will include
*ritual to connect you with spirit, others, and to create sacred space
*movement to de-stress and access other ways of knowing and being
*respectful touch to sooth nourish, and practice the art of giving and receiving
*meditation to develop discernment and wisdom
*sharing to integrate your experience and support one another.

Standing and Tri-Dosha Yoga Series Sundays 9-1030 am
Join me in helping you rediscover your center. After a three year journey around the world, going deeper with my connection to Life, I'm grateful to be able to teach this beautiful practice in Oregon. The aim of this ancient yoga is to balance our internal system through relaxation, posture, and breathwork. Class begins with a standing series that helps develop skeletal alignment and warms up the body. We then flow into the Tri-Dosha Balancing Series, on the mat. The Tri-Dosha is a gentle series that cultures subconscious meditation, body intuition, flexibility, strength, and increased lung capacity and efficiency. As you relax, your subconscious systems take over and you optimize your health and heal in a very positive way. In the time together, you can relax, let go, and connect and honor your sacred self.
